Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lakhdar Taha started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes North Decatur got a freekick which was hit by Lakhdar Taha. Yasmina Yahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmed Benyamina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fawzi Kourichi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferhat Dahleb hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 20 played minutes North Decatur got a freekick which was hit by Chaba Merzekane. Mehdi Sami Yachir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Houari Camus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cypress's Houari Camus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lakhdar Taha in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Ahmed Benyamina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yasmina Yahia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Yasmina Yahia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fawzi Kourichi in the 43rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Cypress's zone, Lakhdar Taha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Houari Camus came out of the goal and Lakhdar Taha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

In the 58th minute, Lakhdar Taha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind North Decatur's goalkeeper Yasmina Yahia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cypress's Antoine Fahima got a free kick in the 74th minute. Mehdi Sami Yachir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Houari Camus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. North Decatur's Mehdi Sami Yachir pulled a muscle in his leg after 79 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nasserredine Belhadj during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Yasmina Yahia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Djabir Beloufa went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Ahmed Benyamina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yasmina Yahia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Fawzi Abrika hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. A collision led to North Decatur getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. René Timsit hit a great ball. The North Decatur supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cypress's performance. The match ended with a win for Cypress.
