Charles Kacha was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 15th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Abdelkader Saïdi-Sief tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Caldwell's Edmond Ahmed got control of the ball when Abd al-Asis Kouri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Caldwell's Edmond Ahmed played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abd al-Asis Souakri in the 30th minute of play. Tedj Merbah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Abdelkader Saïdi-Sief tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdelnasser Sofiane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdelkader Saïdi-Sief showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tedj Merbah, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Tedj Merbah struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Abdelkader Saïdi-Sief didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caldwell. Abdelnasser Sofiane blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abdelkader Saïdi-Sief having to make a save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The referee ignored Caldwell's protests and gave Tedj Merbah a yellow card for diving instead. Tedj Merbah kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match Hocine Mezair sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abdelkader Saïdi-Sief skillfully saved the ball. When Mustapha Ouadah fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lincoln Village FC's protests and gave Mustapha Ouadah a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Lincoln Village FC got a freekick which was hit by Mustapha Ouadah. Tedj Merbah could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Abdelkader Saïdi-Sief made a huge save. If Abd al-Asis Kouri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Lincoln Village FC's Abd al-Asis Souakri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edmond Ahmed narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Abd al-Asis Kouri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmond Ahmed. Caldwell's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abd al-Asis Kouri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Fouad Benhamou kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Lincoln Village FC's Charles Kacha tried to score from far away in the 82nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Edmond Ahmed took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abd al-Asis Souakri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 played minutes Caldwell got a freekick which was hit by Fouad Benhamou. After having played for 88 minutes, Tedj Merbah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caldwell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tedj Merbah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hamid Mihoubi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 92 minutes, Tedj Merbah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caldwell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tedj Merbah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abdelkader Saïdi-Sief came out of the goal and Tedj Merbah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lincoln Village FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
