Amar Yahia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahmoud Al-Jazairia having to interfere. After 23 minutes of play, Morristown's Abdel Boutabout made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bouzid Mansouri was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Deephaven AFC's Cheb Haddadj got a free kick in the 27th minute. If Abdel Boutabout had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdel Boutabout struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Bouzid Mansouri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morristown. In the 35th minute, Hocine Gaouaoui got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute, Hamid Besseghir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Morristown fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amar Yahia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Morristown getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Morristown's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Morristown's Mahmoud Al-Jazairia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafik Hima in the 65th minute of play. Morristown's supporters rose to their feet, but Hocine Gaouaoui was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bouzid Mansouri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 83 minutes into the game, Abderrahmane Sadmi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deephaven AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Morristown the free kick. The supporters of Morristown booed when Deephaven AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abderrahmane Sadmi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hocine Gaouaoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bouzid Mansouri having to interfere. When the match was over Morristown could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Deephaven AFC throughout the match.
