In the 23rd match minute, Port Au Prince F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bellemou Aarache to maneuver through the defense. Abdelhamid Sifi succeeded in the game's 29th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. A collision led to Port Au Prince F.C getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Bellemou Aarache hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Khabatou in the 32nd minute of play forced Port Au Prince F.C's goalkeeper Bellemou Aggoune to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Mohamed Benarbia came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Rodeo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed Benarbia couldn't finish the play. In the 36th minute, Mohamed Benarbia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bellemou Aggoune was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Karim Messaoudi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bellemou Aggoune having to interfere. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Port Au Prince F.C's goalkeeper Bellemou Aggoune, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chadli Ziani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The Rodeo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Mohamed Benarbia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bellemou Aggoune having to interfere. Bellemou Aggoune came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Rodeo's Mohamed Benarbia. But to his dismay, Mohamed Benarbia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Ismael Khabatou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rodeo's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Khabatou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bellemou Aggoune breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Port Au Prince F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Mohamed Benarbia scored to the left of an out of position Bellemou Aggoune, making the score, 2-4. Halim Benyamina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Toufik Oussalah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohamed Benarbia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute, Yazid Zaoui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the game, Maïssa Horr was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Port Au Prince F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rodeo the free kick. A collision led to Port Au Prince F.C getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Rodeo played a much better game than Port Au Prince F.C and deserved their victory. The Port Au Prince F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
