After some careless play in the Kenwood defense, Matias Mendiko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmed Khelaifia. The Kenwood fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmed Khelaifia should have stopped the shot. From a short distance, Kenwood's Slimane Brahmi, in the 26th minute, tried to place the ball behind Mebarek N'Soumer, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. With a little luck, Drew's Mebarek N'Soumer got control of the ball when Yasmina Cherrad tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 31st minute, Slimane Brahmi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mebarek N'Soumer. The goal made the score 1-2. 37 minutes into the game, Yasmina Cherrad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kenwood's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drew the free kick. Yasmina Cherrad kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Matias Mendiko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Farès Adjaoud fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kenwood's protests and gave Farès Adjaoud a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kenwood getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Farès Adjaoud hit a great ball. Matias Mendiko succeeded in the game's 40th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. Ahmed Khelaifia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Mendiko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mansour Merah to strike the kick off in the second half. Mebarek N'Soumer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mansour Merah, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After 60 minutes of play Kenwood's Yasmina Cherrad was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 60th match minute, Kenwood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yasmina Cherrad to maneuver through the defense. Farid Bezzaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ahmed Khelaifia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmed Khelaifia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Mendiko, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Drew eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
