Spectators: 6704 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 0) Seneca Falls FC's Nasreddine Zéroual started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nasreddine Zéroual fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Mohand having to interfere. Daniel Fillali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Ben Ahmed Zafour, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Ismaël Harkat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohamed Ben Ahmed Zafour's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Fillali read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. When Ismaël Harkat fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sylvester's protests and gave Ismaël Harkat a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute, Ismaël Harkat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohamed Ben Ahmed Zafour received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Daniel Fillali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seneca Falls FC's Fodil Saïdi-Sief got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nasreddine Zéroual might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rachid Mohand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nasreddine Zéroual ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Seneca Falls FC booed when Sylvester was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehdi Bilal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sylvester's zone, Karim Merbah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rachid Mohand came out of the goal and Karim Merbah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nasreddine Zéroual in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rachid Mohand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of Seneca Falls FC booed when Sylvester was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hicham Kheyari didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute Mansour Lamine Kab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Fillali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Sylvester's goal looked a bit too open when Nasreddine Zéroual came free, but Rachid Mohand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rachid Mohand came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Seneca Falls FC's Ali Oussalah. But to his dismay, Ali Oussalah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Karim Merbah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Seneca Falls FC's Daniel Fillali proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Seneca Falls FC from getting a goal against them. Nasreddine Zéroual fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Mohand having to interfere. After having played for 77 minutes, Nasreddine Zéroual managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seneca Falls FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nasreddine Zéroual was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nasreddine Zéroual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 played minutes Sylvester got a freekick which was hit by Mehdi Bilal. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Karim Merbah managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seneca Falls FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Karim Merbah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rachid Mohand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
