The audience was convinced that Mouloud Djamel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rachid Kerbouche was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Maïssa Ouyahia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Thelma Larfaoui made a huge save. In the 28th minute, Tan Kadrican hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th match minute, Leipsic AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tan Kadrican to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Boca West's zone, Mouloud Djamel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rachid Kerbouche came out of the goal and Mouloud Djamel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leipsic AFC's Ahmed Belkheir got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, Mouloud Djamel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rachid Kerbouche was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Boca West's Rachid Kerbouche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamza Hanin in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mouloud Djamel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Hamza Hanin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leipsic AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hamza Hanin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Boca West's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmed Belkheir came free, but Rachid Kerbouche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rachid Kerbouche made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mouloud Djamel in the 58th minute. Karim Benzine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Thelma Larfaoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the game, Jean-Michel Aboulker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boca West's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leipsic AFC the free kick. In the 66th minute Ahmed Belkheir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rachid Kerbouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Hamza Hanin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leipsic AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hamza Hanin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rachid Kerbouche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Boca West getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Yazid Bouchemla hit a great ball. Leipsic AFC's Ahmed Belkheir was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 77th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a rather tough play, Leipsic AFC's Mouloud Djamel got a free kick in the 80th minute. If Maïssa Ouyahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmed Belkheir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Kerbouche having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Ahmed Belkheir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rachid Kerbouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
