Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fergani Karim Belkassem started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Shiprock FC's Abdellah Bencheikh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rachid Kourichi in the 3rd minute of play. With a little luck, Shiprock FC's Abdellah Bencheikh got control of the ball when Rachid Kourichi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 8thth minute of the game Fergani Karim Belkassem who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shiprock FC's Abdellah Bencheikh was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Fergani Karim Belkassem notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Shiprock FC's Abdellah Bencheikh. Abdellah Bencheikh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, Kader Benmabrouk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute, Toufik Benflis fired a really elegant long shot, but Abdellah Bencheikh threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Rachid Kourichi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Kennett FC's Rachid Kourichi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdellah Bencheikh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Fergani Karim Belkassem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Shiprock FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fergani Karim Belkassem came free, but Abdellah Bencheikh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If El Merbah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Shiprock FC's Mohammad Malek got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Rachid Kourichi came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Kennett FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rachid Kourichi couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute, Mehdi Medjiba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Kennett FC's Frantz Moussa got a free kick in the 38th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Shiprock FC's goalkeeper Abdellah Bencheikh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rachid Kourichi. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mohammad Malek to make the kick off. If Rachid Kourichi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Shiprock FC booed when Kennett FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed Timsit didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Frantz Moussa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th match minute, Kennett FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frantz Moussa to maneuver through the defense. If Rachid Kourichi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fergani Karim Belkassem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdellah Bencheikh having to interfere. In the 86th minute of the game, Rachid Kourichi landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Adlène Hasni fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shiprock FC's protests and gave Adlène Hasni a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute, one of Shiprock FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Shiprock FC. Fergani Karim Belkassem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Abdellah Bencheikh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Shiprock FC's goal looked a bit too open when Safy Khendu came free, but Abdellah Bencheikh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fergani Karim Belkassem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdellah Bencheikh having to interfere. Kennett FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
