But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Muhammad Assad couldn't finish the play. Fathi Mérah-Benida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Mohamed Djebbour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohamed Djebbour came out of the goal and Fathi Mérah-Benida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Fathi Mérah-Benida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Highview AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fathi Mérah-Benida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mohamed Djebbour breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Muhammad Assad in the 80th minute of play forced Highview AFC's goalkeeper Fathi Sami Yachir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Highview AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Muhammad Assad fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 85 minutes of play Highview AFC's Halim Khadra was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 94 minutes, El Oussalah mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Highview AFC and the Baldwyn AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Baldwyn AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
