The supporters of Mbare United booed when Argentina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillaume Laurent Arrache didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cheikha Bencheikh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohammed Ahmed Ben Zerguelaine in the 18th minute of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cheikha Bencheikh made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Abdel Malek sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes into the game, Djamel Yacef recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cheikha Bencheikh. Djamel Yacef showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 35th minute, Argentina's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Abdel Malek fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cheikha Bencheikh was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Cheikha Bencheikh was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Argentina's goalkeeper Cheikha Bencheikh, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Djamel Yacef's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cheikha Bencheikh was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. If Djamel Yacef had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Mbare United were the better team. Mbare United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
