In the 7th minute, one of Riverland:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Riverland. In the 8th minute there was a penalty for Allendale AFC. Fateh Amrouche stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lili Drioueche. 1-0. Brahim Boukensa came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Riverland's Yazid Baroudi. But to his dismay, Yazid Baroudi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ahmed Zenia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lili Drioueche having to interfere. Allendale AFC were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Riverland's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fateh Amrouche took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Salim Saïdi-Sief managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 22 played minutes Allendale AFC got a freekick which was hit by Salim Saïdi-Sief. After 24 minutes of play, Riverland's Yazid Baroudi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brahim Boukensa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Brahim Boukensa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yazid Baroudi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brahim Boukensa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fodil Amirouche, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Brahim Boukensa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yazid Baroudi in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yazid Baroudi in the 33rd minute of play forced Allendale AFC's goalkeeper Brahim Boukensa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Brahim Souakri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, Mohamed Benyamina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brahim Boukensa. Allendale AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mohamed Benyamina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Mohamed Benyamina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmed Zenia made a kick off. If Chadli Ammour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 played minutes Riverland got a freekick which was hit by Fadhil Abdelghani. Fateh Amrouche took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lili Drioueche. Riverland's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Reda Bitat in the 63rd minute of play forced Riverland's goalkeeper Lili Drioueche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chadli Ammour struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Lili Drioueche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Allendale AFC. Lili Drioueche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmed Zenia in the 74th minute of the match. Fodil Amirouche hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Brahim Boukensa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Benyamina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The attack was good, but when Ahmed Belaout in the 98th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The Riverland players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
