Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) Pearl City FC's Cheb Bouazza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Lazhar Méniri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 13 minutes of play, Newburyport's Rabah Khalef made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anther Horr was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lazhar Méniri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Kateb Adjani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Pearl City FC's zone, Rabah Khalef stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anther Horr came out of the goal and Rabah Khalef tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anther Horr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rabah Khalef, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Newburyport booed when Pearl City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fathi Brahmi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rabah Khalef recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th match minute, Pearl City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Abbas to maneuver through the defense. After 39 played minutes, Newburyport's Sofiane Radjef shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anther Horr came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Newburyport reached it. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pearl City FC's goalkeeper Anther Horr, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 43rd minute Antoine Medjani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anther Horr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antoine Medjani in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anther Horr saved Pearl City FC from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Anther Horr made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Rabah Khalef sent off a good shot on target. In the 54th match minute, Pearl City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Abbas to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antoine Medjani in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anther Horr prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With an all-out effort, Newburyport's Anther Horr threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Antoine Medjani, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A hard shot 58 in the game by Rabah Khalef from a close distance when the talented Anther Horr managed to make a qualified save. Pearl City FC's players were relieved. Antoine Medjani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 70 played minutes Pearl City FC got a freekick which was hit by El Apap. 76 minutes into the match, Newburyport's goal looked a bit too open when Cheb Bouazza came free, but Kateb Adjani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antoine Medjani blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anther Horr having to make a save. In the 80th minute, Rabah Khalef reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anther Horr. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 91st minute, Rabah Khalef got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute, Antoine Medjani fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.
