Spectators: 6701 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Noureddine Belmadi took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Safy Mimoun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Khalida Guendouz. Lutz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Safy Mimoun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 7th minute Noureddine Belmadi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salim Saïfi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Khalida Guendouz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Sakhri, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. When Safy Mimoun fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Owosso FC's protests and gave Safy Mimoun a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lutz booed when Owosso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Safy Mimoun didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Noureddine Belmadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute Safy Mimoun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalida Guendouz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 played minutes Lutz got a freekick which was hit by Anther Lacen. Mounir Zitouni charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mounir Zitouni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th minute, Mounir Zitouni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Lutz's zone, Safy Mimoun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khalida Guendouz came out of the goal and Safy Mimoun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mohamed Sakhri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Safy Mimoun in the 27th minute of play forced Lutz's goalkeeper Khalida Guendouz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Mohamed Sakhri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalida Guendouz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Owosso FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Rachid Bouazza hit a great ball. If Mohamed Sakhri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Owosso FC fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Owosso FC's Safy Mimoun looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 45th match minute, Owosso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Kheyari to maneuver through the defense. Lutz's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hocine Hamrouche in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Khalida Guendouz was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Safy Mimoun capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Safy Mimoun really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Mohamed Doutté scored 1-3 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Salim Saïfi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lutz's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Mohamed Sakhri scored to the left of an out of position Khalida Guendouz, making the score, 1-4. Safy Mimoun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Khalida Guendouz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mohamed Sakhri in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Khalida Guendouz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Khalida Guendouz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Safy Mimoun, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Khalida Guendouz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Baptiste Arrache in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Owosso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Doutté came free, but Salim Saïfi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Noureddine Belmadi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lutz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Safy Mimoun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khalida Guendouz having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Lutz got a freekick which was hit by Hocine Hamrouche. Safy Mimoun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mohamed Sakhri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Khalida Guendouz made a huge save. Owosso FC's Salim Saïfi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Doutté in the 96th minute of play. Owosso FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
