Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sid Ahmed Mecherara started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Ahmed Zouba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tayeb Liegeon was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Tayeb Liegeon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmed Larbi in the 10th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Ahmed Zouba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th match minute, East Prairie AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelaziz Zaaboub to maneuver through the defense. Ahmed Larbi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tayeb Liegeon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After having played for 21 minutes, Youssef Nasro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. East Prairie AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Youssef Nasro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ahmed Larbi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sid Ahmed Mecherara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jussef Fellahi having to interfere. A collision led to Lexington Hills getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Abdel Hamid Merzekane hit a great ball. Sid Ahmed Mecherara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Jussef Fellahi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmed Larbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tayeb Liegeon having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Ahmed Zouba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to East Prairie AFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Farid Bendjedid hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the game, Ahmed Zouba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tayeb Liegeon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benamar Aboulker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tayeb Liegeon having to interfere. The supporters of Lexington Hills booed when East Prairie AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohammed Kacha didn't get a good kick on the ball. East Prairie AFC's Tayeb Liegeon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmed Larbi in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmed Zouba was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, one of East Prairie AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for East Prairie AFC. In the 53rd minute there was a penalty for Lexington Hills. Mustapha Messaoudi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tayeb Liegeon. 0-2. Ahmed Larbi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Tayeb Liegeon made a huge save. If Ahmed Zouba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. East Prairie AFC's Tayeb Liegeon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmed Zouba in the 65th minute of play. Ahmed Zouba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Sid Ahmed Mecherara notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Lexington Hills's Jussef Fellahi. Jussef Fellahi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ahmed Larbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Tayeb Liegeon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in East Prairie AFC's zone, Ahmed Zouba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tayeb Liegeon came out of the goal and Ahmed Zouba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fawzi Taha kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Ahmed Larbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tayeb Liegeon having to interfere. In the 84th minute, one of East Prairie AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for East Prairie AFC. Abdelaziz Zaaboub charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdelaziz Zaaboub the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to East Prairie AFC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Abdelaziz Zaaboub hit a great ball. After some careless play in the East Prairie AFC defense, Ahmed Larbi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tayeb Liegeon. The East Prairie AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tayeb Liegeon should have stopped the shot. If Ahmed Zouba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmed Zouba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Lexington Hills left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than East Prairie AFC.
