The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamza Bouzid in the 7th minute of play forced Baldwyn FC's goalkeeper Karim Hadj Aïssa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 8 minutes into the game, when Mouloud Megharia put in a rough tackle. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Baldwyn FC! In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Ault Field. Mehdi Zaoui stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Karim Hadj Aïssa. 0-1. A collision led to Ault Field getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Cheb Soltani hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Baldwyn FC's zone, Bouabdellah Fadela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karim Hadj Aïssa came out of the goal and Bouabdellah Fadela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ault Field's Hamza Bouzid got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Baldwyn FC's Smail Chaouchi got a free kick in the 39th minute. Karim Hadj Aïssa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cheb Soltani, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the match, Hamza Bouzid notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Baldwyn FC's Karim Hadj Aïssa. Karim Hadj Aïssa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hamza Bouzid to make the kick off. Nadir Cherrad hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehdi Zaoui got free with Karim Hadj Aïssa in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hamza Bouzid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Karim Hadj Aïssa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karim Hadj Aïssa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamza Bouzid in the 58th minute of the match. If Cheb Soltani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tedj Saadane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fawzi Aliche, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Abd el Derrida had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tedj Saadane. Ault Field's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abd el Derrida was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 76 minutes into the match, Baldwyn FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hamza Bouzid came free, but Karim Hadj Aïssa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cheb Soltani's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Karim Hadj Aïssa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cheb Soltani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Karim Hadj Aïssa made a huge save. Baldwyn FC's Karim Hadj Aïssa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Baldwyn FC from getting a goal against them. Abd el Derrida might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tedj Saadane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abd el Derrida ran back to his position shaking his head. 96 minutes into the game, one of Baldwyn FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Ault Field a penalty, 98 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mehdi Zaoui, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Baldwyn FC's Karim Hadj Aïssa. 1-4.
