After a defensive mix-up in Othello FC's zone, Menad Drioueche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noureddine Achiou came out of the goal and Menad Drioueche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diriangen FC's Menad Drioueche got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Menad Drioueche was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 32nd minute. Diriangen FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menad Drioueche in the 38th minute of play forced Othello FC's goalkeeper Noureddine Achiou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menad Drioueche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fodil Belkacem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the game, Othello FC's Smail Hamruche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jean Khaled made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustapha Kerkar in the 85th minute of play. Mustapha Kerkar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jean Khaled came out and tried to block the shot, but Mustapha Kerkar slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 92nd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Othello FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
