Smail Kafi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sangay's Smail Kafi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cherif Saïfi in the 26th minute of play. Anther Nima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Smail Kafi having to interfere. Karim Hamid Brahima got his second yellow card in the match during the 72nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boughera Akrour couldn't finish the play.
