Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mebarek Sellal took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Lake Forest's Antoine Guendouz in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 13th minute, Mebarek Sellal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nadir Aggoune. The goal made the score 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rachid Bella in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Khalida Messaoud prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mebarek Sellal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Nadir Aggoune tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 played minutes Lake Forest got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Ghozali. In the 35th minute Mebarek Sellal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nadir Aggoune saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Said Medjoudj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 53rd minute, Lake Forest's Rachid Bella ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Khalida Messaoud. Khalida Messaoud yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mebarek Sellal in the 64th minute of play forced Lake Forest's goalkeeper Nadir Aggoune to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antoine Guendouz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Khalida Messaoud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antoine Guendouz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Khalida Messaoud when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 79 minutes into the match, Lake Forest's goal looked a bit too open when Said Medjoudj came free, but Nadir Aggoune reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rachid Bella struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Khalida Messaoud didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lake Forest. In the 85th minute, Antoine Guendouz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Khalida Messaoud was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Rachid Bella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Lake Forest supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lake Forest would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
