Spectators: 6697 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chakib Belhadj started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Dahlonega AFC booed when Surprise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nouara Achiou didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Dahlonega AFC's Camel Mérah-Benida got a free kick in the 9th minute. Rafik Zoheir Matoub's shot from long distance in the 9th minute was not bad at all, but Dahlonega AFC's Jean-Baptiste Saïdi-Sief knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Chakib Belhadj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Assia Raï had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Surprise's Bouzid Mimoun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rabah Zaaboub in the 15th minute of play. Assia Raï received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jean-Baptiste Saïdi-Sief tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Chakib Belhadj took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jean-Baptiste Saïdi-Sief to make any attempt to save it. Rabah Zaaboub received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Bouzid Mimoun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bouzid Mimoun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reda Zouba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Reda Zouba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bouzid Mimoun was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. If Chakib Belhadj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chakib Belhadj struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Jean-Baptiste Saïdi-Sief didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Surprise. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Reda Zouba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bouzid Mimoun having to interfere. Jean-Baptiste Saïdi-Sief came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Surprise's Assia Raï. But to his dismay, Assia Raï quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 63 minutes into the match, Assia Raï notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Dahlonega AFC's Jean-Baptiste Saïdi-Sief. Jean-Baptiste Saïdi-Sief was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 69 minutes of play, Dahlonega AFC's Rabah Zaaboub made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bouzid Mimoun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dahlonega AFC's Reda Zouba was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 72nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rabah Zaaboub got free with Bouzid Mimoun in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the match, Surprise's goal looked a bit too open when Reda Zouba came free, but Bouzid Mimoun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rabah Zaaboub's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bouzid Mimoun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. After some careless play in the Dahlonega AFC defense, Chakib Belhadj kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jean-Baptiste Saïdi-Sief. The Dahlonega AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jean-Baptiste Saïdi-Sief should have stopped the shot. 90 minutes into the game, Abdelhamid Asma was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Surprise's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dahlonega AFC the free kick. Abdelhamid Asma hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Abdelhamid Asma got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Surprise getting a freekick after 91 minutes play.
