Spectators: 6712 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gilles Fari got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Tokio Warriors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nasreddine Harkouk to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute of the match, Gilles Fari tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Liamine Nabil saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mohamed Madjer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute, Mohamed Madjer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 13th minute by Mohamed Madjer got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Gilles Fari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liamine Nabil having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mohamed Madjer got free with Liamine Nabil in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gilles Fari struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Liamine Nabil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lakeland Highlands. Mohamed Madjer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Liamine Nabil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tokio Warriors FC's Liamine Nabil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Tokio Warriors FC from getting a goal against them. Abd al-Asis Laura Douibi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilles Belmellat, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hemza Zidane during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When François Bouzid fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tokio Warriors FC's protests and gave François Bouzid a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lakeland Highlands booed when Tokio Warriors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. François Bouzid didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilles Fari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Liamine Nabil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kasdi Mihoubi kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Mohamed Madjer fired away a shot that was totally unreachable for Liamine Nabil. The ball ended up just outside the left post, and Lakeland Highlands's manager could be seen angrily pacing the sidelines. In the 34th minute Nasreddine Fellahi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abd al-Asis Laura Douibi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Mohamed Madjer notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tokio Warriors FC's Liamine Nabil. Liamine Nabil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Gilles Belmellat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abd al-Asis Laura Douibi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nasreddine Fellahi in the 44th minute of play. Liamine Nabil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilles Fari in the 46th minute of play. In the 46th minute, François Bouzid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lakeland Highlands were awarded a corner in the 49th minute after Tokio Warriors FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zoheir Mammeri took the corner.

In the 58thth minute of the game Gilles Fari who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tokio Warriors FC's Liamine Nabil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gilles Fari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 played minutes Tokio Warriors FC got a freekick which was hit by François Bouzid. In the 68thth minute of the game Mohamed Madjer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tokio Warriors FC's Liamine Nabil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Gilles Fari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lakeland Highlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilles Fari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Liamine Nabil came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lakeland Highlands's Mohamed Madjer. But to his dismay, Mohamed Madjer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Nasreddine Fellahi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abd al-Asis Laura Douibi having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Tokio Warriors FC got a freekick which was hit by Nasreddine Fellahi. 97 minutes into the match, Gilles Belmellat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abd al-Asis Laura Douibi. Lakeland Highlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilles Belmellat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When the referee ended the match the Lakeland Highlands players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
