Kader Bouzid started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Taylor Creek AFC's zone, Noureddine Djeziri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Smail Said came out of the goal and Noureddine Djeziri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th match minute, Gloucester Courthouse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alain Ziani to maneuver through the defense. After 7 played minutes Taylor Creek AFC got a freekick which was hit by Frantz Madjer. A collision led to Taylor Creek AFC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Abdelkader Cixous hit a great ball. Gloucester Courthouse's Kader Bouzid got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Taylor Creek AFC booed when Gloucester Courthouse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alain Ziani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Taylor Creek AFC's Ismaïl Cixous got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmed Amri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ismaïl Cixous fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hicham Merah-Benida having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Gloucester Courthouse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rachid Nabil to maneuver through the defense. Ahmed Amri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Hicham Merah-Benida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ismaïl Cixous came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Taylor Creek AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismaïl Cixous couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Gloucester Courthouse getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Mamaar Maroc hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Gloucester Courthouse's zone, Ahmed Fergani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hicham Merah-Benida came out of the goal and Ahmed Fergani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th match minute, Taylor Creek AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustapha Djeziri to maneuver through the defense. Noureddine Djeziri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Taylor Creek AFC's Ahmed Amri got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 66 in the game by Noureddine Djeziri from a close distance when the talented Smail Said managed to make a qualified save. Taylor Creek AFC's players were relieved. Ismaïl Cixous sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute Taylor Creek AFC were awarded a corner. Fateh Bellemou Messaoud went to the cornerflag to take it. The Gloucester Courthouse players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
