If Fadhil Yacef had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Robert Assad could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Abd al-Aziz Assad however easily saved by the left post. Abd al-Asis Yacine kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Alain Messaoud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hameur Yacine in the 39th minute of play. Fadhil Yacef received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Abd al-Aziz Assad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Fadhil Yacef reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abd al-Aziz Assad. The goal made the score 1-0. If Robert Assad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abdelhamid Temmam was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Eastgate FC booed when Kutztown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean-Michel Benbitour didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Eastgate FC's Fadhil Yacef sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abd al-Aziz Assad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee ignored Eastgate FC's protests and gave Youssef Djebar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kutztown booed when Eastgate FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Youssef Djebar didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Hameur Yacine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Eastgate FC's Alain Messaoud got control of the ball when Hameur Yacine tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Eastgate FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alain Messaoud should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelhamid Temmam in the 96th minute of play forced Eastgate FC's goalkeeper Alain Messaoud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes in the game, Hameur Yacine dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The Eastgate FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kutztown's performance. The match ended with a win for Kutztown.
