Petal's Toufik Ahmed played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamid Bouzid in the 16th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mustapha Djamel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ali Hamouda was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Mustapha Djamel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Hamouda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustapha Djamel in the 35th minute of the match. Petal's Toufik Ahmed played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamid Bouzid in the 39th minute of play. Hocine Souakri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdulhamid Merbah kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Toufik Ahmed was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Djamel Kader showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 48 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mustapha Djamel made a kick off. If Djamel Kader had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamid Bouzid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toufik Ahmed having to interfere. In the 61st minute Hamid Bouzid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toufik Ahmed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hocine Souakri let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 65th minute shot 1-1 at rihgt post. Ali Hamouda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustapha Djamel in the 70th minute of the match. If Hocine Souakri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Petal getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Madjid Belkacem hit a great ball. Toufik Ahmed took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamid Bouzid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Hamouda was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mustapha Djamel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 94 minute of play. Djamel Kader received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Toufik Ahmed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Beckett Ridge FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Petal's performance. The match ended with a win for Petal.
