Pearl City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Temple City AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Pearl City's Hocine Rimitti got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Madhi Madjer struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Slimane Bouziane didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Temple City AFC. In the 9th minute, Temple City AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ben Ali fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Ben Ali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ben Ali came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Pearl City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ben Ali couldn't finish the play. If Smail Mecherara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Slimane Bouziane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Madhi Madjer, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Smail Mecherara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Pearl City getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Rachid Rahouli hit a great ball. Slimane Bouziane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Madhi Madjer, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Slimane Bouziane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Smail Mecherara in the 29th minute of the match. Kamel Macias struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Lounès Yahia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pearl City. Pearl City's Ben Ali came free and shot a quick shot against goal 32 minutes in the game, fortunately Lounès Yahia had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After 34 played minutes Temple City AFC got a freekick which was hit by Souad Fergani. Lounès Yahia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Karim Medjoudj. Slimane Bouziane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Madhi Madjer in the 39th minute of play. In the 44th minute Kamel Macias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lounès Yahia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rachid Yahi kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Lounès Yahia made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Ben Ali sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 48 minutes, Madhi Madjer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Temple City AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Madhi Madjer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kamel Macias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nabil Kouici hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Smail Mecherara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Slimane Bouziane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Madhi Madjer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute of the match Mohammed Abdessalam shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lounès Yahia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 61 played minutes Temple City AFC got a freekick which was hit by Abdellah Bensaoula. Lounès Yahia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Ali, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pearl City's zone, Madhi Madjer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Slimane Bouziane came out of the goal and Madhi Madjer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, Nabil Kouici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kamel Macias struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Lounès Yahia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pearl City. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
