Brookline's Djabir Aliche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hicham Kaci Said in the 13th minute of play. Ali Mammeri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nadir Boulahfane, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 15 minutes, Assia Amara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luzerne and the Brookline players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Brookline booed when Luzerne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Assia Amara didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamid Mami in the 20th minute of play forced Luzerne's goalkeeper Ali Mammeri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nadir Boulahfane's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ali Mammeri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Nadir Boulahfane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Mammeri having to interfere. Hicham Kaci Said could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Djabir Aliche made a huge save. When Brookline's Hamid Mami in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Luzerne's goalie prevented a goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moulay Merzekane made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Brookline's zone, Moulay Merzekane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Djabir Aliche came out of the goal and Moulay Merzekane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Brookline's Ali Mamouni got a free kick in the 57th minute. Luzerne's Hicham Kaci Said got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Ali Mammeri managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Brookline's Hamid Mami fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Noureddine Abdessalam during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 played minutes Luzerne got a freekick which was hit by Noureddine Abdessalam. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moulay Merzekane in the 69th minute of play forced Brookline's goalkeeper Djabir Aliche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luzerne's Hicham Kaci Said got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Djabir Aliche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moulay Merzekane in the 77th minute of the match. Hamid Mami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ali Mammeri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, one of Luzerne:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Ali Mammeri, was totally fooled by Brookline's Chaba Radjef, who 93 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Brookline's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
