The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Preston Heights was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelmalek Adjaoud to maneuver through the defense. 3 minutes into the game, Ben Oussalah was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cadiz AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Preston Heights the free kick. A collision led to Cadiz AFC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Ben Oussalah hit a great ball. The supporters of Cadiz AFC booed when Preston Heights was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. The tension between the Preston Heights and the Cadiz AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Abdelhamid Cohen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmed Abbas in the 38th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmed Abbas made a kick off. Cadiz AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
