Jourdanton's Abdel Karim Hemdani couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Crystal Falls. Salah Saadane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelkader Djebbour having to interfere. The supporters of Crystal Falls booed when Jourdanton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdel Karim Hemdani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdelkader Djebbour showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salah Saadane in the 16th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mohammad Kaci Taha got free with Abdelkader Djebbour in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mohammad Kaci Taha came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Abdelkader Djebbour could save by the left post. Hocine Achiou kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Jourdanton's Jean-Baptiste Djamel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 24th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Abdelkader Djebbour but with some difficulty. Ahmed Saïd-Guerni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdellah Brahami, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Abdellah Brahami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1-1 became the score in the 39th minute when Cheb Larbes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Jourdanton's Salah Saadane sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdelkader Djebbour narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mohammad Kaci Taha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 52 minutes, Mohamed Amirouche mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crystal Falls and the Jourdanton players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Crystal Falls defense, Mohammad Kaci Taha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdelkader Djebbour. The Crystal Falls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abdelkader Djebbour should have stopped the shot. Cheb Larbes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Knodi Bridji managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crystal Falls's supporters rose to their feet, but Knodi Bridji was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. A hard shot 85 in the game by Cheb Larbes from a close distance when the talented Ahmed Saïd-Guerni managed to make a qualified save. Jourdanton's players were relieved. Abdellah Brahami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Saïd-Guerni having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Abdellah Brahami ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmed Saïd-Guerni was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. In the 93rd match minute, Crystal Falls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mouloud Benaouf to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Crystal Falls booed when Jourdanton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilles Boukensa didn't get a good kick on the ball.
