Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ahmed Hamouda kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes, Sid Bouzid mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anson FC and the Baskin AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 6 minutes into the game, Hocine Bruel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anson FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baskin AFC the free kick. In the 6th minute, Hocine Bruel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Anson FC's Tayeb Yacine got control of the ball when Khalida Moussaoui tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baskin AFC's Noureddine Fillali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mourad Zitouni in the 10th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Khalida Moussaoui got free with Tayeb Yacine in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Smail Bencheikh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tayeb Yacine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmed Hamouda in the 21st minute of play. Smail Bencheikh scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noureddine Fillali, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Baskin AFC's Noureddine Fillali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Smail Bencheikh in the 27th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Baskin AFC's zone, Abderrachid Zouba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noureddine Fillali came out of the goal and Abderrachid Zouba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Anson FC booed when Baskin AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rachid Baba Ali Bitat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karim Nabil charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karim Nabil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Anson FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Karim Nabil hit a great ball. Anson FC's Tayeb Yacine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmed Hamouda in the 35th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmed Hamouda in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tayeb Yacine prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Khalida Moussaoui could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Tayeb Yacine made a huge save. 42 minutes into the match, Mourad Bezzaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tayeb Yacine. Anson FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mourad Bezzaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Khalida Moussaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Tayeb Yacine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Smail Bencheikh made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Rachid Baba Ali Bitat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tayeb Yacine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Baskin AFC's zone, Mourad Zitouni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noureddine Fillali came out of the goal and Mourad Zitouni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Anson FC's goalkeeper Tayeb Yacine, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Khalida Moussaoui blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tayeb Yacine having to make a save. After 64 played minutes Anson FC got a freekick which was hit by Brahim Labi. If Ahmed Hamouda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalida Moussaoui in the 68th minute of play forced Anson FC's goalkeeper Tayeb Yacine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmed Hamouda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tayeb Yacine having to interfere. Smail Bencheikh's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Noureddine Fillali read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 84th minute, one of Anson FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Anson FC. Nouara Brahimi placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Cheb Zouba charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cheb Zouba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cheb Zouba hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Smail Bencheikh reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Noureddine Fillali. The goal made the score 1-2.
