After a defensive mix-up in Georgiana FC's zone, Maamar Sofiane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Boulmerka came out of the goal and Maamar Sofiane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 9 minutes into the match, anthrax's goal looked a bit too open when Noureddine Otman came free, but Tayeb Daham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Georgiana FC's Ali Boulmerka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maamar Sofiane in the 10th minute of play. Smail Fadhil Mohamed kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Noureddine Otman's late challenge caught a anthrax's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Noureddine Otman helped the player get up and apologised. Noureddine Otman hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Djamel Mezair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maamar Sofiane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Boulmerka having to interfere. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maamar Sofiane in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Boulmerka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute, Djamel Mezair fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ali Boulmerka, passed just outside the right post. Maamar Sofiane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ali Boulmerka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Georgiana FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Hakim Diss hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Noureddine Otman was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noureddine Otman in the 52nd minute of play forced anthrax's goalkeeper Tayeb Daham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Boulmerka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maamar Sofiane in the 55th minute of play. After 57 played minutes anthrax got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Cuetos. In the 58th match minute, anthrax was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohamed Lacarne to maneuver through the defense. Belaid Sofiane scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ali Boulmerka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ali Boulmerka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djamel Mezair in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to Georgiana FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Hakim Diss hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Georgiana FC's Mohamed Bendjedid got a free kick in the 87th minute. Maamar Sofiane struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Ali Boulmerka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for anthrax. Djamel Mezair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ali Boulmerka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karim Bruel kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Ali Boulmerka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maamar Sofiane, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When the referee ended the match the anthrax players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
