The supporters of Loomis booed when Malakoff was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noureddine Bessou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zacharias Kutras succeeded in the game's 85th minute to get real power on a long shot . Malakoff's Mohamed El-Hadi hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 3-0! An unexpectedly hard shot by Fodil Meriem in the 93rd minute of play forced Malakoff's goalkeeper Mohamed El-Hadi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loomis's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
