Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Benflis in the 4th minute of play forced South Augusta's goalkeeper Mohamed Mérah-Benida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Lyman getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Hachemi Ahmed hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Lyman's Hachemi Ahmed got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 12 played minutes South Augusta got a freekick which was hit by Djamel Lacen. Mohamed Mérah-Benida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmed Benflis in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Souad Sad fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Ahmed Benflis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rabah Fergani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohamed Mérah-Benida came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Lyman's Ahmed Benflis. But to his dismay, Ahmed Benflis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mustapha Zenia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Ziani in the 36th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Lyman's zone, Ali Ziani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustapha Zenia came out of the goal and Ali Ziani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Souad Sad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustapha Zenia having to interfere. Chaba Tlemcani hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52ndth minute of the game Ali Ziani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lyman's Mustapha Zenia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, South Augusta's Souad Sad got a free kick in the 68th minute. Souad Sad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustapha Zenia having to interfere. Mustapha Zenia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Ziani's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Ahmed Benflis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Mérah-Benida having to interfere. In the 76th minute Souad Sad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustapha Zenia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute of the match Albert Asma sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mustapha Zenia skillfully saved the ball. Ali Ziani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Mustapha Zenia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustapha Zenia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Ziani in the 89th minute of the match. When Ali Ziani came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the South Augusta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Ziani couldn't finish the play.
