Abdelnasser Bensaoula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Perryman's Rachid Heddou got a free kick in the 13th minute. When Kader Bouchemla fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Perryman's protests and gave Kader Bouchemla a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lyman booed when Perryman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kader Bouchemla didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Perryman's zone, Hachemi Khendu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Larbi Bridji came out of the goal and Hachemi Khendu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Perryman's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Chaba Semghoun scored to the left of an out of position Larbi Bridji, making the score, 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Rachid Heddou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Perryman fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Lyman's Mustapha Zenia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelnasser Bensaoula in the 27th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Kader Bouchemla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rabah Fergani's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Larbi Bridji skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Larbi Bridji was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rabah Fergani showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 39 minute of play. In the 44th match minute, Lyman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chaba Tlemcani to maneuver through the defense. Mustapha Zenia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelnasser Bensaoula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Abdelnasser Bensaoula managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perryman's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdelnasser Bensaoula was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mustapha Zenia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 85 minutes into the match, Perryman's goal looked a bit too open when Chaba Semghoun came free, but Larbi Bridji reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Larbi Bridji took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chaba Semghoun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ahmed Djeballi fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Larbi Bridji showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chaba Semghoun, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When Rabah Fergani got free in front of the goal in the 96th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Larbi Bridji was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
