Abdelhamid Zouba hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 4th match minute, Delano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismaël Cerbah to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yacine Yacine in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamid Zaoui saved Delano from getting behind. Hamid Zaoui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yacine Yacine's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Khalida Sifi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamid Zaoui didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Redha Hemdani went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Happy Never's zone, Karim Zerara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mounir Gourion came out of the goal and Karim Zerara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mounir Gourion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmed Reda Bensaoula in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Happy Never booed when Delano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismaël Cerbah didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yacine Yacine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamid Zaoui having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Yacine Yacine ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hamid Zaoui was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 35 minutes into the game, Happy Never's Kamel Aboulker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hamid Zaoui made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Reda Bensaoula in the 42nd minute of play forced Happy Never's goalkeeper Mounir Gourion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmed Reda Bensaoula made a kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Happy Never's goalkeeper Mounir Gourion, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ahmed Reda Bensaoula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Djamel Saïdi-Sief kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Karim Zerara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mounir Gourion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Karim Zerara came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Delano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karim Zerara couldn't finish the play. Delano's Hamid Zaoui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Delano from getting a goal against them. After 71 played minutes Happy Never got a freekick which was hit by Hocine Gaouaoui. Delano's Nabil Chaouchi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Happy Never. Mounir Gourion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karim Zerara, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Happy Never walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
