Ahmed Boulmerka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohammad Yahi, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Mohammad Yahi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Ahmed Boulmerka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Farès Bentaala charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Farès Bentaala the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Goodyear AFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Farès Bentaala hit a great ball. In the 16th match minute, Glenarden FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cheb Chadl to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute of the match Lazhar Medjiba shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Salah Kourichi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hamid Mamouni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ahmed Boulmerka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hamid Mamouni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Boulmerka having to interfere. Mustapha Aribi's late challenge caught a Glenarden FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustapha Aribi helped the player get up and apologised. Mustapha Aribi hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Ahmed Boulmerka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hamid Mamouni in the 27th minute. Salah Kourichi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tahar Lacen, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. If Tahar Lacen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Goodyear AFC's Ahmed Boulmerka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Goodyear AFC from getting a goal against them. Salah Kourichi came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Goodyear AFC's Tahar Lacen. But to his dismay, Tahar Lacen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The Glenarden FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Goodyear AFC were winning 0-1.

Cheb Chadl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Boulmerka having to interfere. Salah Kourichi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tahar Lacen in the 55th minute of the match. Krim Daham hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The Glenarden FC fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Glenarden FC's Hamid Mamouni looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Glenarden FC's Karim Medjani got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tahar Lacen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salah Kourichi having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karim Medjani in the 74th minute of play forced Goodyear AFC's goalkeeper Ahmed Boulmerka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salah Kourichi made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Noureddine Benhamou sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Glenarden FC's Cheb Chadl got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nordine Djebar during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Goodyear AFC booed when Glenarden FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nordine Djebar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salah Kourichi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 85th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lazhar Medjiba. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamid Mamouni in the 89th minute of play forced Goodyear AFC's goalkeeper Ahmed Boulmerka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salah Kourichi came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Goodyear AFC's Noureddine Benhamou. But to his dismay, Noureddine Benhamou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.
