Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dida Kourichi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mouloud el Ibrahimi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sofiane Benbitour, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Hugo's goal looked a bit too open when Sofiane Benbitour came free, but Mouloud el Ibrahimi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Dida Kourichi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mouloud el Ibrahimi. Hugo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dida Kourichi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 22 minutes, Faouzi Kacha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hugo and the Gering players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Faouzi Kacha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Hugo's goal looked a bit too open when Dida Kourichi came free, but Mouloud el Ibrahimi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brahim Beloufa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Ibrir having to interfere. Hugo's Karim Benhabiles got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmed Ibrir made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brahim Beloufa in the 37th minute. With a little luck, Gering's Ahmed Ibrir got control of the ball when Karim Benhabiles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Brahim Beloufa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmed Ibrir having to make a save.

Brahim Beloufa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karim Benhabiles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmed Ibrir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Brahim Beloufa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ahmed Ibrir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rachid Mammeri in the 60th minute of play forced Gering's goalkeeper Ahmed Ibrir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karim Benhabiles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brahim Beloufa struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Ahmed Ibrir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hugo. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gering's goalkeeper Ahmed Ibrir, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Hugo's goal looked a bit too open when Dida Kourichi came free, but Mouloud el Ibrahimi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Karim Benhabiles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Gering:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hugo:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karim Benhabiles in the 80th minute of play forced Gering's goalkeeper Ahmed Ibrir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hamid El-Hadi hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Gering's Ahmed Ibrir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tahar Moll in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gering's Hamid El-Hadi got a free kick in the 86th minute. After having played for 87 minutes, Karim Benhabiles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hugo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karim Benhabiles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Brahim Beloufa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 played minutes Gering got a freekick which was hit by Lakhdar Cherfa. Brahim Beloufa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Ibrir having to interfere. If Sofiane Benbitour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hugo had played much better football throughout.
