Noureddine Sam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmed Sad in the 25th minute of the match. Noureddine Chaib recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Shepherdsville FC. Fodil Zarabi shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After a rather tough play, La Salle's Abdel Boudjedra got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmed Sad was the one to do the kick off. Noureddine Chaib sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute Noureddine Chaib shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdelkader Badis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antoine Haddadj struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Noureddine Sam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Salle. Abdelkader Badis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noureddine Chaib in the 81st minute of the match. Madjid Boulmerka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abdelkader Badis having to make a save. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
