Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) With an all-out effort, Hartshorne FC's Hameur Messaoud threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Karim Meriem, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Patterson Township FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Djamel Fergani hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Redha Bougherra could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Hameur Messaoud however easily saved by the left post. Redha Bougherra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karim Meriem struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Hameur Messaoud didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hartshorne FC. Cheb Daham came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Patterson Township FC's Ali Nasro. But to his dismay, Ali Nasro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Redha Bougherra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Redha Bougherras short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Hameur Messaoud to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 30 minutes into the match, Redha Bougherra dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hameur Messaoud, 1-1. Redha Bougherra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hameur Messaoud read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Patterson Township FC's zone, Redha Bougherra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hameur Messaoud came out of the goal and Redha Bougherra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 43 played minutes Patterson Township FC got a freekick which was hit by Ali Ghozali. After recieving a nice pass, Hartshorne FC's Mohammad Kaci Belfaa tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Redha Bougherra came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Hartshorne FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Redha Bougherra couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdelkader Brahimi made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelkader Brahimi in the 55th minute of play forced Hartshorne FC's goalkeeper Cheb Daham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Abdelkader Brahimi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patterson Township FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdelkader Brahimi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cheb Daham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute, Hartshorne FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Abdelkader Brahimi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 64th minute Abdelkader Brahimi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cheb Daham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hartshorne FC's Kateb Djeballi got a free kick in the 65th minute. Cheb Daham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelkader Brahimi, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Hameur Messaoud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Redha Bougherra in the 76th minute of the match. Karim Meriem's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hameur Messaoud read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 99th minute the ball was on its way in behind Patterson Township FC's goalkeeper Hameur Messaoud, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Patterson Township FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
