Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mouloud Cavalli took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aberdeen's goalkeeper Daho Maroc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Aberdeen's zone, Mouloud Cavalli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daho Maroc came out of the goal and Mouloud Cavalli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abdelmalek Kouidri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djamel Tlemcani in the 17th minute of play. After 21 minutes of play, Aberdeen's Mahmoud Bouteflika made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abdelmalek Kouidri was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Souad Mammeri during the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mouloud Cavalli in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daho Maroc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mouloud Cavalli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Djamel Tlemcani was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Aberdeen got a freekick which was hit by Mustapha Boulmerka. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Mouloud Cavalli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nathan FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mouloud Cavalli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daho Maroc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute, Mouloud Cavalli made a precise shot to the right of Daho Maroc. Aberdeen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Fadel Saïdi-Sief had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mouloud Cavalli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
