Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ahmed Tlemcani got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in The Woodlands AFC's zone, Billel el Ibrahimi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zīn ud-Dīn Mecherara came out of the goal and Billel el Ibrahimi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, The Woodlands AFC's Nasserredine Benmabrouk got a free kick in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the match, The Woodlands AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Billel el Ibrahimi came free, but Zīn ud-Dīn Mecherara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zīn ud-Dīn Mecherara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amar Mami in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Monessen's Amar Mami nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zīn ud-Dīn Mecherara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 19th minute, Monessen's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ahmed Tlemcani fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Zīn ud-Dīn Mecherara came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Monessen's Amar Mami. But to his dismay, Amar Mami quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Billel el Ibrahimi spun around in front of the goal 27 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of The Woodlands AFC's goal. If Billel el Ibrahimi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Billel el Ibrahimi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reda Lamine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Chadli Khaldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmed Tlemcani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 44 minutes, Ahmed Tlemcani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Woodlands AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmed Tlemcani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reda Lamine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amar Mami to make the kick off. Chadli Khaldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reda Lamine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reda Lamine in the 58th minute of play forced Monessen's goalkeeper Chadli Khaldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmed Tlemcani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Reda Lamine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, The Woodlands AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amar Mami came free, but Zīn ud-Dīn Mecherara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zīn ud-Dīn Mecherara made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Billel el Ibrahimi sent off a good shot on target. The Monessen players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
