Mustapha Zarabi scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rabah Mhenni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mustapha Zarabi took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rabah Mhenni. Rabah Mhenni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 13 minutes of play, FC Barcelona's Noureddine Bentaala made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rabah Mhenni was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mebarek Megharia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rabah Mhenni. Fruita's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 19 minutes, Noureddine Bentaala made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Fruita's Rabah Mhenni tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 23 minutes into the match, Fruita's goal looked a bit too open when Mustapha Zarabi came free, but Rabah Mhenni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rabah Mhenni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustapha Zarabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's goalkeeper Hemza Aribi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fathi Bellemou Messaoud. In the 29th minute, Safy Ahmed had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 29 minutes, Camel Benflis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Barcelona and the Fruita players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fruita's Mouloud Achiu got a free kick in the 38th minute. Fruita's Rabah Mhenni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustapha Zarabi in the 46th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mustapha Zarabi to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes Fruita's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was El Mohand who took care of the corner kick. FC Barcelona's El Mohand was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rabah Mhenni in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 55 minutes into the match, Fruita's goalkeeper Rabah Mhenni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Noureddine Bentaala. Mustapha Zarabi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rabah Mhenni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Fruita's Rabah Mhenni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Fruita from getting a goal against them. Hemza Aribi came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fruita's Fathi Bellemou Messaoud. But to his dismay, Fathi Bellemou Messaoud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Noureddine Bentaala let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 69th minute shot 1-5 at rihgt post. Rabah Mhenni made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Noureddine Bentaala sent off a good shot on target. 83 minutes into the game, Yacine Belkheir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Barcelona's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fruita the free kick. The supporters of Fruita booed when FC Barcelona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yacine Belkheir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camel Benflis kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute of the match, Mustapha Zarabi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rabah Mhenni saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 94th minute, FC Barcelona's Mustapha Zarabi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. When the final whistle sounded FC Barcelona left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fruita.
