If Tedj Liegeon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tedj Liegeon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelhamid Larfaoui having to interfere. When Karim Heddou, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 29 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Muhammad Daham was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Muhammad Daham stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karim Heddou's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. If Karim Heddou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chih Fari took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Muhammad Daham. Muhammad Daham dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Watertown AFC's Chih Fari in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manchester City's goalie prevented a goal. Muhammad Daham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chih Fari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Muhammad Daham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Heddou in the 44th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Karim Heddou made the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Manchester City got a freekick which was hit by Hemza Zakaria. Hachemi Zarabi hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester City's zone, Chih Fari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Muhammad Daham came out of the goal and Chih Fari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Muhammad Daham made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Chih Fari sent off a good shot on target. Muhammad Daham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chih Fari in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Chih Fari cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Muhammad Daham was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 74 minutes into the match, Watertown AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hemza Zakaria came free, but Abdelhamid Larfaoui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Watertown AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Watertown AFC's Chih Fari got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Muhammad Daham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Assia Belhagj in the 84th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Chih Fari could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Muhammad Daham however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Ali Kouri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Watertown AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Kouri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Muhammad Daham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chih Fari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Muhammad Daham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hachemi Zarabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Manchester City's goalkeeper Muhammad Daham, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chih Fari struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Muhammad Daham didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Watertown AFC. When Ali Kouri came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Watertown AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Kouri couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Watertown AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Manchester City.
