The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Mokdad Chebal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Red Oak's goal looked a bit too open when Belaid Aboulker came free, but Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Red Oak booed when South Boston AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noureddine Belhadj didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of South Boston AFC booed when Red Oak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed Belkheir didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 played minutes, South Boston AFC's Noureddine Belhadj shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in South Boston AFC reached it. After having played for 25 minutes, Soltani Djamel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. South Boston AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Soltani Djamel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Soltani Djamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Soltani Djamel struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for South Boston AFC. Mokdad Chebal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mokdad Chebal struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. François Ben Khalidi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Oak. Belaid Aboulker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cheb el Ibrahimi kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After 57 played minutes Belaid Aboulker rounded Red Oak's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. 64 minutes into the match, Red Oak's goal looked a bit too open when Belaid Aboulker came free, but Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Red Oak's Hocine Brahimi got a free kick in the 67th minute. After having played for 72 minutes, Soltani Djamel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. South Boston AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Soltani Djamel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Belaid Aboulker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karim Azem in the 82nd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Red Oak's goal looked a bit too open when Belaid Aboulker came free, but Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Red Oak's Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Red Oak from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the South Boston AFC defense, Mokdad Chebal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of François Ben Khalidi. The South Boston AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that François Ben Khalidi should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd minute, Kasdi Zerara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 minutes, Belaid Aboulker made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Red Oak's Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. South Boston AFC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Red Oak to leave the ground with a draw.
