Karim Nasri came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Red Oak's Madhi Bellemou Messaoud. But to his dismay, Madhi Bellemou Messaoud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 19th minute Kamel Kouidri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fort Plain's Yacine Bellemou Messaoud couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Red Oak. Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamel Kouidri in the 24th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Kamel Kouidri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. In the 28th minute, Lakhdar Kouri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zīn ud-Dīn Mammeri was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.
