Spectators: 6695 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mohamed Bouzid started the match with the kick off. After 9 played minutes St. Augustine Shores AFC got a freekick which was hit by Lazhar Amara. In the 10th minute, Mehdi Mehenni sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and St. Augustine Shores AFC's El Hadjadj didn't even have to move. Hacienda Heights's Mohamed Bouzid got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Madjid Lamine came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Hacienda Heights fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Madjid Lamine couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the match, St. Augustine Shores AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Bouzid came free, but El Hadjadj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Madjid Lamine recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Menad Chaib fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohammad Kouri having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Menad Chaib got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Hacienda Heights's zone, Menad Chaib stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohammad Kouri came out of the goal and Menad Chaib tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hamid Kourichi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Mohammad Kouri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hacienda Heights's Mohammad Kouri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamid Kourichi in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Karim Bezzaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hacienda Heights's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave St. Augustine Shores AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Hacienda Heights's Karim Bezzaz got a free kick in the 40th minute. A collision led to St. Augustine Shores AFC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Lazhar Amara hit a great ball. With a little luck, St. Augustine Shores AFC's El Hadjadj got control of the ball when Madjid Lamine tried to sneak it across the goal line. Madjid Lamine recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hamid Kourichi made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Abd al-Aziz Kouri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohammad Kouri made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Menad Chaib sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rdth minute of the game Mohamed Bouzid who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but St. Augustine Shores AFC's El Hadjadj was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Menad Chaib's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mohammad Kouri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. St. Augustine Shores AFC's Hamid Kourichi got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Hacienda Heights's Karim Bezzaz got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 70 minutes of play, St. Augustine Shores AFC's Hamid Kourichi made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mohammad Kouri was left in no man's land by his defense there! Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Mohammad Kouri successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 76 minutes into the match, Hacienda Heights's goal looked a bit too open when Hamid Kourichi came free, but Mohammad Kouri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 78 minutes, Madjid Lamine managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hacienda Heights's supporters crossed their fingers, but Madjid Lamine was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. El Hadjadj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Bouzid, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Menad Chaib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohamed Bouzid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for St. Augustine Shores AFC! El Hadjadj went to the wrong direction when Mehdi Mehenni was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The St. Augustine Shores AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
