In the 7thth minute of the game Mohamed Bouzid who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SütlüceSpor's Gilles Djebbour was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 9 minutes into the match, SütlüceSpor's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Bouzid came free, but Gilles Djebbour reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Belaid Zaoui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohamed Schoonmaker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Mohamed Bouzid got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Abderaouf Adjani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Mohamed Bouzid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilles Djebbour saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mohamed Bouzid's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilles Djebbour read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Bridge City AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Belaid Zaoui came free, but Mohamed Schoonmaker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of SütlüceSpor booed when Bridge City AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anther Aliche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lakhdar Hima took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilles Djebbour. Gilles Djebbour dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Mohamed Bouzid managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bridge City AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mohamed Bouzid was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilles Djebbour breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abderaouf Adjani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mohamed Bouzid was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to SütlüceSpor getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Abdelmalek Derrida hit a great ball. Belmadi Khendu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Belaid Zaoui in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mohamed Schoonmaker, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After recieving a nice pass, Bridge City AFC's Mansour Brahimi tried to score from far away in the 70th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Mohamed Schoonmaker made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Belaid Zaoui sent off a good shot on target. Anther Aliche hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After having played for 76 minutes, Belaid Zaoui managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SütlüceSpor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Belaid Zaoui was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilles Djebbour stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mohamed Bouzid's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. When Tayeb Belkheir fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SütlüceSpor's protests and gave Tayeb Belkheir a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bridge City AFC booed when SütlüceSpor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tayeb Belkheir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lakhdar Hima charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lakhdar Hima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th match minute, Bridge City AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lakhdar Hima to maneuver through the defense. If Belmadi Khendu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SütlüceSpor's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
