Spectators: 6695 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Said Morceli kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the game, Samir Mimoun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pine Lake AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mount Gilead FC the free kick. Samir Mimoun hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Hachemi Hamdoud's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mohammad Soltani was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Said Morceli struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Abd al-Asis Meskine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pine Lake AFC. In the 9th minute Said Morceli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abd al-Asis Meskine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abd al-Asis Meskine came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Pine Lake AFC's Said Morceli. But to his dismay, Said Morceli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Mount Gilead FC defense, Ferhat Zouba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abd al-Asis Meskine. The Mount Gilead FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abd al-Asis Meskine should have stopped the shot. Mount Gilead FC's Hachemi Hamdoud got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mohammad Soltani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hachemi Hamdoud in the 25th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hachemi Hamdoud in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mohammad Soltani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Said Morceli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Pine Lake AFC's Ferhat Zouba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abd al-Asis Meskine narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pine Lake AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Hachemi Hamdoud scored to the left of an out of position Mohammad Soltani, making the score, 1-2. After 39 played minutes Pine Lake AFC got a freekick which was hit by Said Morceli. In the 40th minute, Ferhat Zouba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hachemi Hamdoud in the 43rd minute of play forced Pine Lake AFC's goalkeeper Mohammad Soltani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 45th minute of the match Samir Mimoun completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Samir Mimoun a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Pine Lake AFC:s Mohammad Soltani showed great skill when he stopped Brahim Ouyahia:s penalty. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Hachemi Hamdoud made the kick off in the second half. 62 minutes into the match, Mount Gilead FC's goalkeeper Abd al-Asis Meskine had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferhat Zouba. Pine Lake AFC's Said Morceli shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 64th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Abd al-Asis Meskine but with some difficulty. Hachemi Hamdoud took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mohammad Soltani. Mohammad Soltani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Hachemi Hamdoud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohammad Soltani having to interfere. Abd al-Asis Meskine made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karim Bensaoula in the 83rd minute. Ferhat Zouba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Abd al-Asis Meskine made a huge save. Hachemi Hamdoud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohammad Soltani having to interfere. If Hachemi Hamdoud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
