In the 2nd match minute, Lawrenceville FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Madjid Besseghir to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Zephyrhills West FC's Muhammad Madouni got a free kick in the 4th minute. Abd al-Asis Gourion didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmed Boulmerka went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ahmed Boulmerka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abd al-Asis Gourion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adlène Benflis in the 12th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Adlène Benflis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Abd al-Asis Gourion. That made the score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. Ahmed Boulmerka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abd al-Asis Gourion read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Abd al-Asis Gourion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adlène Benflis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rachid Saïdi-Sief showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nadir Larfaoui in the 26th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes Lawrenceville FC got a freekick which was hit by Rabah Bourebbou. When Ahmed Boulmerka came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Zephyrhills West FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmed Boulmerka couldn't finish the play. Ahmed Boulmerka who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Abd al-Asis Gourion when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Adlène Benflis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Zephyrhills West FC's Mimoun Hamouda got a free kick in the 38th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Zephyrhills West FC's Adlène Benflis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abd al-Asis Gourion. That made the score 3-0 after 42 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Guillaume Laurent Soltani made the kick off in the second half. Ahmed Boulmerka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abd al-Asis Gourion having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Adlène Benflis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abd al-Asis Gourion was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Lawrenceville FC's Abd al-Asis Gourion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adlène Benflis in the 63rd minute of play. In the 67th match minute, Zephyrhills West FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mouloud Harkouk to maneuver through the defense. Nadir Larfaoui could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Rachid Saïdi-Sief made a huge save. Zephyrhills West FC's Mimoun Hamouda collided with an opponent after 76 minutes. He was hit so badly that he fractured his arm. A collision led to Lawrenceville FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Rabah Bourebbou hit a great ball. In the 78th minute Ahmed Boulmerka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abd al-Asis Gourion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guillaume Laurent Soltani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Saïdi-Sief having to interfere. Nadir Larfaoui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Madjid Besseghir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guillaume Laurent Soltani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Zephyrhills West FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! Fouad Merbah shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Zephyrhills West FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lawrenceville FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
