Fateh Messaoud's late challenge caught a Watseka AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fateh Messaoud helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Watseka AFC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Abdulhamid Liegeon hit a great ball. 9 minutes into the match, Mehdi Bouchemla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chakib Mehenni. Watseka AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehdi Bouchemla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 16th minute, Muhammad Mamouni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nabil Fadela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, Watseka AFC's Djabir Labi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Noureddine Boumedienne narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Nabil Fadela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chakib Mehenni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mehdi Bouchemla went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Mohammad Kaci Saïdi-Sief had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Big Flats Airport FC's Rachid Maillot got a free kick in the 38th minute. Mohammad Kaci Saïdi-Sief scored 1-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noureddine Boumedienne, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 45 minutes into the match, Djabir Labi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Noureddine Boumedienne, 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mehdi Bouchemla to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehdi Bouchemla in the 52nd minute of play forced Watseka AFC's goalkeeper Chakib Mehenni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Mohammed Ahmed Ben Camus fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Nabil Fadela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Chakib Mehenni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdulhamid Liegeon was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 64 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of Watseka AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Big Flats Airport FC:s goal. In the 71st minute, Mehdi Bouchemla fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Chakib Mehenni, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammad Kaci Saïdi-Sief in the 82nd minute of play forced Big Flats Airport FC's goalkeeper Noureddine Boumedienne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 played minutes Watseka AFC got a freekick which was hit by Halim Ibrir. Mohammad Kaci Saïdi-Sief sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nabil Fadela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mehdi Bouchemla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chakib Mehenni having to make a save. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
