Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rachid Saïd-Guerni made the kick off and thus started the match. Rabah Abdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Medjadi Sadaoui having to interfere. Tedj Cixous sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the game, Kannapolis's Tedj Cixous nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Medjadi Sadaoui made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Rachid Saïd-Guerni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 19 played minutes Kannapolis got a freekick which was hit by Hamid Ali. Walid Yahia's late challenge caught a Kannapolis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Walid Yahia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd minute, Walid Yahia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Turley's Medjadi Sadaoui got control of the ball when Cheb Sennaoui tried to sneak it across the goal line. Medjadi Sadaoui came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Kannapolis's Tedj Cixous. But to his dismay, Tedj Cixous quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, Kannapolis's Hamid Ali got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Turley's zone, Tedj Cixous stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Medjadi Sadaoui came out of the goal and Tedj Cixous tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tedj Cixous made a kick off. Medjadi Sadaoui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rabah Abdi in the 52nd minute of the match. Cheb Sennaoui struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Medjadi Sadaoui didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kannapolis. In the 64thth minute of the game Cheb Sennaoui who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Turley's Medjadi Sadaoui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Turley's Rachid Saïd-Guerni got a free kick in the 66th minute. The supporters of Turley booed when Kannapolis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamid Ali didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Tedj Cixous managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kannapolis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tedj Cixous was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute, Noureddine Boniche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the game, Hamid Ali was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kannapolis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Turley the free kick. Hamid Ali kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Tedj Cixous received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Medjadi Sadaoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Benchenaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Cheb Sennaoui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Medjadi Sadaoui was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. With an all-out effort, Turley's Toufik Mekhloufi threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rachid Saïd-Guerni, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cheb Sennaoui struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Medjadi Sadaoui didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kannapolis. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kannapolis had played much better football throughout.
