After some careless play in the Kashima Antlers F.C defense, Madjid Bezzaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yazid Maroc. The Kashima Antlers F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yazid Maroc should have stopped the shot. Madjid Bezzaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Madjid Bezzaz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yazid Maroc having to make a save. Yazid Maroc was a little too slow when Ferhat Boulahfane got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 2-0. A collision led to Geistown getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ali Boutabout hit a great ball. When Madjid Bezzaz came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Geistown fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Madjid Bezzaz couldn't finish the play. Mansour Bey's late challenge caught a Geistown's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mansour Bey helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st minute, Mansour Bey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferhat Boulahfane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Abdelmalek Abbas fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kashima Antlers F.C's protests and gave Abdelmalek Abbas a yellow card for diving instead. Abdelmalek Abbas hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

If Madjid Bezzaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Kashima Antlers F.C's Edmond Diss slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mehdi Bella. That made the score 3-1 after 68 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferhat Boulahfane in the 74th minute of play forced Kashima Antlers F.C's goalkeeper Yazid Maroc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Geistown were awarded a corner. Hemza Apap went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Hemza Apap got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yazid Maroc quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mehdi Bella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmond Diss in the 77th minute of the match. Yazid Maroc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Madjid Bezzaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Kashima Antlers F.C's Bouabdellah Cavalli got a free kick in the 80th minute. Madjid Bezzaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yazid Maroc having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Rabah Dziri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferhat Boulahfane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Yazid Maroc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yazid Maroc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Madjid Bezzaz in the 87th minute of the match. Madjid Bezzaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee ended the match the Geistown players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
